Preparation method of high purity aseptic hydrocephaloxime, which comprises the following steps:
1. Add 40-50kg purified water into the refining kettle, lower the temperature to below 15 ℃, add 7-9kg Crude cephalosporin hydrochloride, keep below 15 ℃, slowly drop 4% NaHCO3 solution until the solution is clarified, and the pH value does not exceed 5.8. After the end of dropping, add 800-950g activated carbon, 45-60g EDTA-Na2, 60-90g NaHSO3, and keep at 15 ℃. After 40 minutes of decolorization by stirring, the activated carbon was filtered out, then the cake was washed with 20-30 kg of purified water, and the water phase was merged into the crystallizer.
